What we process

We process account details, selected photos, style selections, generation tasks and payment records to provide the service. Stripe processes card and payment details; we do not store full card numbers. Your photo and our prepared motion reference are sent to SeeAPI and its model providers to generate your video.

Private uploads and retention

Uploads and generated videos are stored privately. Short-lived signed links allow the generation provider to read an input. Results require your authenticated account and are available for 30 days. We aim to delete media after 30 days; account and payment records may be retained for security, support and accounting obligations. Provider retention is governed separately by its policies.

Local drafts

Your selected photo and options are saved in this browser to survive sign-in and payment redirects. Removing the photo or signing out clears the saved draft. Avoid using a shared device for private photos.

Usage measurement

We record basic interaction categories such as page views, photo selection, sign-in, purchase and download requests. These records exclude photos, filenames, passwords, card details and prompts. Traffic sources use broad categories. Payment and generation outcomes come from server records. Optional analytics, if enabled, are described by our cookie controls.

Your choices

You can remove a photo before submission. Contact us from Contact to request access or deletion. Do not include card numbers or passwords in requests. Do not upload children’s photos or images without permission.
