The service and price

One $9.90 USD purchase grants one generation credit, with no subscription. One generation requests a 10-second vertical 9:16 MP4 at 720p with generated audio. Actual visual quality, likeness, choreography and sound can vary. The original commercial Firestarter recording is not guaranteed.

Permission and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 and have permission to use each uploaded photo and subject. Do not submit minors, nonconsensual content, sexual or abusive material, impersonation or deceptive endorsements. You are responsible for rights to images, characters, video and music when publishing. Our provider may reject prohibited inputs.

Failure, credits and refunds

A confirmed technical generation failure returns the generation credit so you can try again. A pending or uncertain provider result is reconciled before a new request. We do not automatically refund a completed result solely because AI interpretation differs from expectations. If you have an unused credit, a duplicate charge or a service failure, contact support with the order reference for review. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected; cash refunds are handled individually through the original payment method when approved.

Downloads and availability

Download completed videos within 30 days. Save a copy because access is time limited. Processing time varies with provider availability and queues. A payment return page alone is not proof of fulfilled credit; we confirm payment on the server.
